I call B.S one thing the press release is dated January 7th 2010 lets just say its a typo and it meant to say 2011 if Rep. Joe Baca introduced it already why is it not on thomas.gov usually bills show up there within 48hrs of introduction. Even if its true the bill has so many flaws it will never be taken seriously not even by the usual pro-immigrant legislators.
