There is one (I-601) if you are married to a citizen or permanent resident and have a 3/10 yr ban. For this (Kobach's bright idea) you'd leave and be fucked unless the act would waive the 10 yr ban.

Even if the ban is waived, what is the guarantee a Visa will approved once you land iny our home country?

You need to take your negative energy elsewhere, none of the Dream Act Bills apply to you anyway, you've said before that you are of legal status, so why do you care?

I am thankful that a lawmaker with the power to actually get things done, is thinking of and working on a way to right this wrong that we (Dream Act students/people) have been living through for years. We've been living through a lot of disappointments- financially, socially, and so on, with one of the biggest ones being in 2010, when the Dream Act failed. I think it's time that things turned around for the better for us, and they will, whether you like it or not.
