They will accept financial records, medical records, school records, and also a proof as off june 15 you are in here in the United States.

Did I hear this correctly: If you did not have your GED on/before June 15th, but meet other requirements then you can't apply.

As far as the five consecutive years of residency, there is no definite answer if you have to be in the country as of June 15, 2007 or June 16, 2007, yet.

ICE and Morton are considering DUIs and leaving the scene of an accident as significant misdemeanors.

Hello Ianus, can comment on this further, as I understand a Notice to Appear means that you are in placed in removal proceedings.

Did I hear him say that "they will not dismantle" the 5 requirements that were put together over the course of one year ?

I think the question was with regards to individuals who do not meet all of the 5 Criteria ? Anyone else catch this ?
