I used to work at a banquet hall, the best job I ever had. I was 20 and the only busboy. All the waitresses were, very well selected and diverse, 17 and 18 year old. Man, those were the days.

I had to leave that job because I had to go to school in the city. Even with my new job which is like a dream come true. Sometimes I feel like going back to work on the weekend. hehe

I think the rules will detail that those younger than 16, still in school, will be able to apply once you turn 16. I have had a person tell me they are going to buy a GED, yeah I doubt it will be that easy but all that will happen is they will slow down the process for those of us that genuinely deserve it and qualify but they will not be approved.

It doesn't say anything about that being a requirement by June 15th,2012 that the person must meet that particular requirement.He simply have to just be in school to qualify.Why he dropped out I have no idea but according to the law he qualifies!

Don't worry about it, as long as we can get our documents approved and processed, what do we care? Everyone has their struggles, maybe this individual will become motivated about education after benefiting from the Deferrred Action.
