Note: To be considered for deferred action for childhood arrivals, you must file Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals; Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization; and Form I-765WS, Form I-765 Worksheet, with the correct fee or your request will be rejected and returned to you. You may not e-file your form I-765 if you are requesting consideration of deferred action for childhood arrivals
