Hey, why are the mailing addresses of the OP different from the ones given on the I-765 instructions?

That is the old i-765 instructions and even looking at that as well as the new set of instructions, I don't see anything stating that they want 2 separate checks or money orders.

I understand that the full fee is 465, based on 380 for the i-765 and 85 for the biometrics, but I was under the impression that a single check or money order made out to that full amount of 465 would suffice.

Okay let me get this straight!
the I-821D form is free of charge but it must go with the I-765 and I-765WS, which costs 380$ plus bio-metric fee (85$).
So one check can KO the form!
Correct me if i'm wrong

What are the criteria to determine my economic necessity for the EAD? What if say I have $40k savings in the bank listed under my current assets, would that disqualify me from the I-765?
