Christ. As this spreads to legal organizations, we will soon find out if this executive order may hold up in court.

Haters gonna hate. Its ridiculous, Arizona DREAMers finally get some relief, and she has to go and shit on it. Shame on you Jan Brewer.

So we are clear on this. Arizona DACA beneficiaries will still be able to work and will still have deferred action as defined by the Memo released June 15th. However, she can change Arizona law to alter the requirements to receive public benefits and a drivers license.

In Arizona anyone with an EAD can get a drivers license. Brewer is reversing this. Drivers license are handled by states, not the federal government.

It depends on the public's reaction. Many American's are in favor of Arizona's strict immigration policy, but only because the way it is described is done so in a manner to picture drug trafficers and public threats being detained and deported.

Legislation like DREAM and DACA seem to draw on more public support. So it depends on how the public reacts to the governor "attacking" youth who have been cleared to have little to no criminal record.

To all Arizonan dreamers, stay strong. To all the rest of us, this shows why we need to keep fighting for the dream act. And to everyone who gets a work permit from this, let's conquer the motherfucking world and show these old racist hags what dreamers are made of.
