Most of the time, yes, it is politics.

But I truly believe Jan Brewer is a racist along with all the other politicians in Arizona.

I don't want to sound like a douchebag, but is this really a problem? Because it doesn't seem like there are many people in Nebraska, much less DREAMers.

You guys do realize the reason DA User has over 5,000 thousand posts is because y'all keep responding to his nonsense!

How can they distinguish between work permits anyway? Will our permits have some kind of special seal or something to identify us as undocumented? If we have work permits, social security I don't know how we can be considered illegals. Seems like Nebraska and Arizona are asking for massive lawsuits.

That's what I was wondering. How would they know between someone granted TPS and someone granted DACA?
Most DMVs just ask for your social and ID card. They wouldn't know what program we used to get a social, right?

The only way they could deny it is if they make an additional provision for all immigrants to supply Visa Status.

It is possible but no one knows for sure.

While the actual EAD card is exactly the same for everyone, there's a space for "Category" on it-- it would say C33 for us. C33 = DACA beneficiary.
