I live in New Jersey and I was eligible for 2 years tuition free but I couldn't fill it out because I can't provide FAFSA with a valid social security card, so I went to the lady in charge of the program. She said I will be charged regular in-tuition fee and she said it is up to the college, not necessarily a state to decide what they will charge .

I just don't understand how stuff works. Wasn't Nebraska one to deny driving licenses for those who are granted Deferred Action? So why are they giving in-state tuition and are on the list? ahhhh. and the school was Bergen Community College.

For NY dreamers. Apply to http://www.macaulay.cuny.edu ... it's a FULL 4-year ride if you get in, a free macbook, and $7500 for internships and study abroad (too bad we can't )

DREAMers that are in CA can now get financial aid go to http://www.csac.ca.gov/dream_act.asp and apply. They will open up Cal Grants for the 2013-2014 school year so apply. I applied this summer and I got aid, most of my tuition is paid for a semester. I only have to pay 500 bucks.
