Guys i just got my I-797C Receipts!

whats the difference between I-797C and I-797?

I-797C doesn't really grant you any benefit, it just shows they recieved your stuff. I-797 is the acceptance letter i believe.

How long does it take to get the biometrics scheduled after one receives the I797C

if i'm reading your signature correctly, you haven't received I-797C in the mail yet. but most people recieve their biometrics within a week or more after getting the physical I797C letter.. of course, it all depends on how much room for biometric appointments there is at a location near you, how fast the service center your application was rerouted to takes, and how lonnng usps takes to mail it

I am currently filing an application for my brother who is in high school. I had a question about what to put for Form I-821D, Item 20, Page 6? It's the question about Date of Last Attendance, Graduation, etc..

I went to the daca clinic and was told to put unlawful status- deferred action for childhood arrivals by ice. It doesn't fit when I type it in. What should I really put?

Can we send checks? or does it have to be a money order?
