forget the tabs, forget the sheet protectors and relax. it turns out when they are scanning your items and cashing checks they mess up the order, separate all your papers remove tabs and pretty much leave the paper bare

as for the table of contents, you just need to write a cover letter listing everything you have. if you don't know how to write a cover letter, look on the forum or online it does not have to be huge, even 1 paragragh is enough then list all the items you have in there.

when finished paper clip, put in the envelope and send.

no you don't need to provide proof of all the places you have lived before, just put the address there if you remember and estimates the dates

Quick question .. i'm sorry in advance if it seems stupid but my brother is 15 and filling out his I 821d , where it says on question 20 last date of attendance or graduation what is he suppose to put ? any help will be most appreciated and thank you in advance

estimate when he will graduate and put that usually mid june or end may is when it happens then the year

im currently filling in the i-821d form, and im currently in school what should i put for part 1 question 20, do i put the date of when i end school this year, or the date i graduate, or the date of the last day i went to school ?

put the year you think you will graduate, estimate the date and month explain later

For those receiving financial aid, such as the California Dream Act, where did you put it in form I-765W (worksheet)? Current income? Or did you just subtracted it from your current expenses?

Also, my sister will be translating my BC and I'm using a template but we are not sure what to enter for Volume, Page and Number. Would that be Libro Numero: xx, Foja Numero: yyy and No. de Acta: zzz?
