Here is a sample of a birth certificate translation. (this is a sample of a person who only has one parent. you need to edit a second parent and a second pair of grandparents if your birth certificate has them in it). Have someone who is fluent in both languages translated and sign the declaration of translation and this same person take it to a notary...

Good Luck!

Hello I have a couple of questions:

1. I went to a workshop to help me fill these applications and they made a few corrections that im not quite sure about. In questions #18-20 i put that im currently in school, my college's info and my expected graduation date, but the guy helping me whited that out and put that i was a HS gradute, my HS' info, and my HS graduation date. I didnt really questioned the guy about it since it thought it didnt matter that much but now im unsure, so what should I put?

2. I dont really have proof that I was here on june 15, i was thinking about sending a copy of a check I got from my college thats dated may 7, should o send it or will it not bring any proof of recidency? (I did not deposit the check until last week, when i made a bank account, so i also do not have any bank statements)

3. Is it ok if I send and unofficial copy of my college transcript? It'll say ots unofficial when I print it, I dont really feel like requesting an official one since it'll take a couple of days and dollars; ive already wasted enough time procrastinating sending my app, i couldve send it a day after the workshop which was in late august

Thanks for your time!

1. He changed it because by school, they mean High School education. So what he wrote is good. (BTW I would start over with a clean application, white out is a no-no)
2. Are you absolutely sure you have nothing in June?? It doesn't have to be specific June 15 just around that date. (I only have from a week before and two weeks after). Check your email, if you've shopped with a credit/debit card some place print your name on the receipt. Find anything with your name, a date in June, and an address.
3. Yes, it's totally fine.

Hello,

I sent my application yesterday. I double checked and triple checked that everything was there and that I had signed every application. It turns out I forgot to sign my cover letter. At the end of the cover letter, after the index of all my evidence, I wrote the following,

Quote:
I swear that everything submitted in this application is true to the best of my knowledge. All copies are true and accurate copies of an original document I have in my possession and can provide to USCIS upon request.

I thank you very much for your consideration of this application and for giving me this life -changing opportunity. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions at (xxx) xxx - xxxx or by email at [email protected]

Sincerely,
______________
And that where I forgot to sign. All my applications were signed, do you guys think this could be a problem?

I don't think it's going to be of importance. The only thing they need is the applications signed and evidence. Everything else is cosmetic.

Hello.

Should I send the w2 form I have from 2007 if I didn't pay my taxes? It's the only year I have and it would suck if I get in trouble with the IRS. I'm fully planning on catching up with back taxes if I can get a SSN through this.

Thanks if anyone has suggestions.
