Should the payment of $465 be separated as one check of $380 and other of $85? Or just one lump sum of $465?

A check for $465 made payable to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

either open or sealed trnscripts is fine. neither is preferred over the other they both fullfill the same purpose.

I am using my PO Box address as my main mailing address on I-821D.
No, it will not be an issue. i have used the same P.O. Box address for all my immigration cases including daca and i never had a problem with it. the best part about it is that if you happen to move different houses in the same city you won't keep changing your address all the time.

He doesn't have to show proof of the day he entered without inspection into the US. He does have to show proof that he entered before his 16th birthday (as well as all the other qualifications)
