Request of evidence, after biometrics :( - Page 58

i dont know because my lawyer sent it. im assuming he did because he is an immigration lawyer.

Well keep us updated cuz that looks like what i included for my evidence. Except i had some extra stuff for June 15th presence.

I haven't received a REF notice or anything. I am pretty positive I will get one because my attorney failed to mail my evidence for 2012!!!!!!! All my other years are covered pretty well. Anyways, the only thing he mailed for 2012 was my bank statement for June proving I was here 6/15/12. I do have a legit SSN. Can USCIS check my SSN and see that I have been here for 2012?

well thats what my lawyer sent for june 15 bank statements as well. im getting an RFE letter this weekend or monday but i dont know if it is for the june 15 evidence.

Do they have access to ur SSN? Yes, however I doubt they'll go "oh this chick didn't include any evidence for 2012.. Let's check her SSN to see if she was here or not just to help her out and prevent sending out a RFE".. But idk I might be wrong and that might just be EXACTLY that they wil do lol but yeh its ur lawyers fault but nothin big u should be fine.. good luck

You might be okay anyhow because they said to try to at least send one proof of evidence for each year and since you sent the bank statement for June, you do have something for 2012.

The funny thing is that after I met with my lawyer he asked me to gather my pay stubs, bank statements, copies of my lease and bills for 2012. I mailed all of that to him the very next day (His office is in another state). He took over a week to mail my application after I mailed him the additional evidence and he still didn't mail any of it. So glad I outted all that money to make sure things went smoothly. I am perpared to get a REF. My nerves are more settled now that I know if you mail what USCIS asks for you should be ok. My pervious statement was just wishful thinking lol.
