I posted something about Maryland giving in-state tuition to the high school graduates of the state. If you are asking about Maryland granting the dream act then you are dreaming lol. That can only be done at the federal level. However there's a bill called Maryland's dream act which is aimed at providing in state tuition for ALL illegals living in the state of MD. They will vote on it this coming November.

Anyone here have any advice for New Jersey college students? Im so happy about deferred action but honestly still feel a bit stuck because of the cost of tuition in NJ. Im a currrntly paying instate at a community college.

No, I wish! I'm from Florida as well.
However, if you get your EAD through DACA, then some colleges in FL allow you to have in-state tuition. I heard that FSU and FIU allow in-state tuition to deferred action applicants.
