1) Seriously this is the first time you've heard of green card lottery system?
2) Your link is outdated. The application time period was in 2011.
3) We are NOT eligible for this unless we are under 245i I believe its called.
4) You have to be from certain countries in order to be eligible.
5) I know about 5 different families that we knew back home who migrated through this program. Their kids are all my age and they're citizens right now so its a great program if you're from a country that doesn't have high immigration rate to the United States.

No, I knew about it before today but it's been on the news that it's almost time to be able to apply for this. Of course I know we are not eligible to do this I never said we where. My bad that was the first link I found that described everything you mentioned about having to be from certain countries. I'm 21 years old and little by little learning about anything and everything I can. I never said it was a bad program I clearly stated that I was not against it. I was even going to go back and edit my post but apparently you started calling me out before I had a chance.

You can't enter it. I never said you can just look at what the link says. Any moderators or administrators could you please delete this thread. Apparently I made a boo-boo.

wait i'm a little confused. I actually signed up for dv lottery and the only requiremens are that you are from one of the qualifying countries and that you meet either education or work experience. I just went on the site to confirm if I'm wrong let me know.
