i read no such thing. do not apply. you don't qualify. there are no rules around it. no if, and, or, but. you MUST have been here before you 16th birthday. just wait like 3 more years and like Obama might do something cool on his way out like free green cards.

yeah correct im single, on the first page i didn't include my moms last name just my dads and on the second page on other names used i included my moms last name, all the papers transcripts etc i sent didn't include my moms last name, it is on my birth certificate though, its a bit confusing when trying to explain...

How do you get Facebook check in? anyone that got approved did these work as 5 year evidence

You really do want to find other evidence towards your 5 years; Facebook check in is not really a strong evidence...

The internet you're using right now or the one you've been using to go on Facebook... does it have your name?

Paypal Statments
Amazon Statements
Affidavits

i have amazon and other online invoices and dentist history i also made affidavits. i totally forgot about pay pal.. thank you

i got a question! my friend came here with his visa but he didn't get an i94... :/ came here in 2005. His visa is NOT expired yet. what should he do? it says in the instructions that for proof of immigration status he needs to provide his i94..?

He doesn't qualify because his Visa is still valid. In order to qualify for DACA you need to proof that your out of status. Which for many is the expiration of their visa.
