I will support her as long as she supports CIR/DA.

Actually....i've heard her say years ago (numerous times) that shes only that way with immigration because AZ is a border state and the government isnt doing anything to help them out in reducing the amount of people that come through. There is also an increase in drug and violence in the southern parts.

I definitely remember her saying during Mccains campaign and after that she is for CIR as long as there is "border security" and her state stops feeling a lot of the heat.

So yes, she is wicked and evil with her sb1070/ attempts to make it tougher for the daca-eligible and yes she has no college degree, but of the times i heard her talk about CIR, i never heard her say that they should all be deported or something that radical.

Yes, but she has clear hate for us. I just don't understand this pure hatred. Why would you deny DACA approved individuals a temporary DL?

The argument against us are that:
(1) we are here illegally,
(2) we don't follow the law, and
(3) we don't pay taxes.

DACA approved individuals have been:
(1) granted lawful presence,
(2) gone through background checks, and
(3) have been granted an EAD and a SSN (so we can now pay taxes).

I see no reason to deny us temporary IDs or licenses. I only see it as a sign of pure hate and rejection against us.

Do you actually believe people like her needs reasons to deny and reject undocs? They clearly don't since whenever Immigration reform came up in the past, they automatically plugged their ears and shouted, "BORDER SECURITY!" at the top of their lungs.

These people are:
1. Lacking of critical thinking
2. Doesn't care at all
3. Panders to a loony base of voters
4. All of the above.

And I've already been burned by the rejecting of Driver's licenses since MI has a similar clause in place in their guidelines which made me relocate to Ohio. It's just pure unwillingness and ignorance on their part which hurts us in the end.

I think thats subjective. Hate would be she would try to extinguish all undocumented people in the country. She has never done that. She just doesnt want them in her state where they probably feel a lot of pressure and are affected the most. I think that border security is more important for her with good reason. Im not saying she shouldnt change her ways. We also dont know what shes thinking.

If i had to explain it, I would say she is sometimes a bit too overly aggressive on undocumented immigrants, so much that some of it probably unnecessary (ie saying sb1070 should be a model for the nation). But again, she and her administration has their own ideologies and views which none of us can change. We can only hope that something gets passed soon so that each states can stop adopting stupid policies that make it harder for undocs (like Michigan and their DL policy for daca).

Perhaps she feels that since DACA DOES NOT GRANT LAWFUL STATUS, that they should continue being strict.

No one really understands unless they live or have lived in a racist state with a racist government like Arizona and even Alabama, the Hispanic community has been under persecution for years now here in AZ and unless you've lived through it, you don't really know.
