- You can't vote
- You can't work for certain positions in the federal government
- You can't serve as jury in court

Other than that you can do pretty much anything. And as I said before, in 5 years you can be naturalized.

I don't think anybody who can think rationally would not mind just getting a Green Card only since most of us is already satisfied with just EADs. Anybody screaming for more should not be able to speak.

What you're going to get is most likely a temporary legal status, but with a clear path to LPR, then citizenship. Anybody with a green card can file for citizenship after 5 years. If you get a temporary status that can be converted to green card in 2 years, you're 7 years away from becoming a citizen.
I don't think so,It is possible in extremely very limited circumstances.I helped an individual about 3 1/2 year ago through Section 322 of the Immigration and Naturalization Act (INA).The parent was a Naturalized US citizen but didn't want their children only to have Residency so went the "Facilitated Naturalization" route. The child in question was a 17 year old Dreamer at the time of application.

Well, if one of your parents is USC, it makes perfect sense that you get to be USC as well. This principle is basically universal. My daughter has dual citizenship and two passports because she was born here, yet she has the legal right to claim citizenship from my country.

I'm talking about people other than underaged natural children to USCs.

I'm could live with that for a few years .
But I do like the idea of the W1-visa. A W1 granted for 5 years with another 4 year extension if you haven't completed a 4 year degree, if you have then you could be able to file for citizenship.
And also the W1 visa grants in state tuition, and FAFSA... (I feel I am just demanding things now)
