Because Republicans are throwing all sorts of things to the wall to see if any of it sticks. The Supreme Court is leaning conservative this time, so they're hoping to get a favorable ruling that sets a precedent.

We have Chief Justice Roberts on our side. Given his health care ruling, I just don't see any success for the Republicans on this issue. People should just start leaving Arizona regardless. The governor is taking the state to the trash with her stupid policies.

You know what's funny we are not the only people with deferred action, there's another category of deferred action that is not for childhood arrivals I think category C14 and they are allowed to get their license, we are C33 it's practically the same thing but here in AZ the only ones not allowed to receive a D. license or I.D. are those with DACA.

Are you talking about NE and MI?
I think those states are also gearing up for a lawsuit, if I'm not mistaken.

Good luck guys!! We all have different battles to fight but in the end we all have the common goal to reach success in a country that up until now seemed to be keeping us from reaching the surface.
