goodboy is a returning troll. Consider that before you read anything he writes.

He's very distinctive, he's probably the only guy around here with shitty English.

Soooo for those of us Dreamers who already have a STEM degree (Mine is 11 years old now) from a US institution, can apply for this assuming we can readjust our status? What can of worms might that open?

You have a Master's in STEM? Do you also have to qualify under 245i?

Well one can only generally adjust status once to permanent residence through 245i,but considering the legislation it seems to allocate more visa numbers by eliminating the DV lottery but the timeline under 245i would still be dependent on country and education credentials.

Does this mean the F1 and other family-based category could move faster?

Good question,if it passed the Congress it might have an affect on some of the categories considering the increased visa numbers. That would mainly be on the retrogressed countries however.

Nope, BS is only STEM ...the masters was in business (I was in it for the girls which turned out to be a mistake and instead I learned the inner workings of the corporate world). And no, I am not 245i, BUT I have exclusion so in certain cases my lawyer can beg them to reopen my case and remind them that technically I never entered unlawfully (caught at the airport).

I thought you need at least a Master's in one of the STEM?

What do you mean you were in it for the girls?
