I received an RFE on 11-27 asking me to proof continuous presence from June 15th 2007-December 31st 2007.

I will be mailing out the following evidence...
1. Medical Card dated July 30th, 2007. I also sent in my other cards (from 2008-2010) just for further references.

2. Personal ID Card valid from Dec. 2006-Dec. 2008. It is not a gov't ID, it's an ID taken by hospitals for visit and the only way to get one is to use ur passport as proof. It even has my passport number. I also sent my other ID (from 2008-2010) just for further references.

3. Immunization Receipt for Hep. B taken in August 2007.

4. Medical records that shows 2 appointments. I unfortunately only had 2 appointments during the RFE time period on August 15, 2007 and September 18, 2007. The records also states that i received a "personal rights/responsibility brochure" on February 8, 2007 as well as my next appointment being scheduled for August 18, 2008.

5. Affidavit signed and dated December 22, 2012 that vows i was present in the United states during the months of (but not limited to) June 2007-December 2007.

I will be sending this bad boy out first thing on Monday...wish me luck.

Something is wrong with your case because my case updated 3 business days after it was delivered. My RFE was sent to Vermont.

So my online status says that the RFE was mailed out on December 19th and i still havent received jack shit!

oh.. great. any idea of what i should do next?

Give them a call. Because I looked at other cases and after they get their online notice they receive their letter R.F.E in the mail 2 business days after. and after sending back the R.F.E. their status changed 3 business days after and it was the same for me.

I just got Approved!!!

continuous residence
2007-2008 ( I was still in high school just home schooled for that school year so didn't have any report cards so I just sent in Transcript)

after graduation June 2010- time of filing September: Sent in medical records, Amazon/Ebay/Etsy/Paypal receipts, concerts tickets, facebook checkins, and facebook photos showing date and location. Receipt from Macy's

Proof of presence on June 15 2012
Things i sent above also proved I was here on June 15th
Amazon receipts dating June 26th and around this date from the beginning of 2012 and after June. Macy's receipt dating June 1st along with photo of what I purchased (it was posted on fb) And other fb checkin and photos
