As stated on their very own website. I managed to get an officer to issue a Service Request but he did it for the i-765 and not the i-821d. When I call NO ONE helps me. Also, I am seeing that other petitions that were RFE'd in December are already approved. Did they lose my petition? Anyone else going through this nightmare? |

I called and the Service Rep told me its still with in the 4 to 6 month waiting time and there nothing I can do but wait until 6 month then call back. Hopefully approval is right around the corner.

This is a completely frustrating process. These officers are playing with our futures. We paid them just like everyone else and yet they feel it's ok to jump around and not give us any kind of update. Especially since others have had their RFEs approved within 2 weeks and their RFEs were issued months after they received my evidence. Very frustrated but won't lose hope.
