what's wrong with these people

Quote:
A federal judge in Dallas has ruled that a group of federal immigration agents can proceed with a lawsuit that seeks to halt an Obama administration program granting reprieves from deportation to young illegal immigrants. In a suit filed in August, several Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents argued that the administration had exceeded its constitutional authority in granting the reprieves, and said they were being forced to violate the law by obeying instructions to refrain from deporting the young immigrants. Judge Reed O’Connor rejected a Justice Department request to dismiss the case.

ok so after a Texas judge allowed these clowns to proceed with the lawsuit, what happens next? Do they try to take it to the US Supreme Court, where the Justices most likely will not take up the suit and just tell the lower courts to figure it out.

Well first each side and the government are gonna spend several years preparing a case and then arguing it. After that, the case will get appealed to the court of appeals, where it'll be argued about for years, then it'll get appealed to the supreme court 4~5 years from now.
