Then I contacted my Senator's office and asked for help. His officer contacted the Vermont Service Center and they told me I would hear back with 30 days. 30 calendar days passed and still nothing. Then yesterday I got an email from the Officer saying that I had been approved! I immediately checked my status online and it was all there. Now I'm waiting for my employment card to be delivered.

If I were you I would have done a Service Request already. On the case status it says that you should receive a response within 60 days.
