Below is letter written by 14 year old Victoria Valdez who is set to be deported from her home in New Jersey on Sunday, April 29th. Victoria has been living in the United States since the age of 3. Please take action by asking President Obama to prevent her deportation.

My name is Victoria, I am 14 years old, and I am from New Jersey. On Sunday, I have to leave and go to Argentina.

I came to New Jersey with my mother when I was three years old. I don’t actually remember coming, but my mom says we came to she could work. Now I am in the 9th grade. I love animals and I want to be a vet when I grow up.

I don’t really understand why we have to leave. My dad was sent back to Argentina almost a year ago and I miss him everyday. My aunt, Jordana, was in a jail for nine months and I didn’t get to see her at all. She finally came home a couple of weeks ago and our whole family was so happy. But now we have to leave and everyone is sad again.

Your signatures and calls helped keep Victoria's Aunt here, now do the same for Victoria. Sign and call so we can keep Victoria home! "ICE, grant the Stay of Removal!"

I want to stay here. I want to finish the 9th grade. I want to say bye to my friends and my teachers. I hope the President lets me stay.

Thank you for anything you can do for me, I was so surprised and happy when people were able to help my aunt stay so I guess I will hope for a miracle.

Sincerely,

Victoria Valdez
From New Jersey

A Stay of Removal has been filed for Victoria and her mother, it is the only chance they have to remain in this country. Please sign her petition and make a call to stop this high schoolers immediate deportation!

Victoria needs your help, she is set to board a plane back to Argentina tonight at 9:00 P.M. EST. We have 7 hours to stop this deportation. We need Senator Menendez to step up to the plate and help this family out.

Today is Sunday, meaning Senator Menendez's office is closed, and so we need to hit the twitter sphere and make some noise. Will you help us by sending Senator Menendez this message?

petition @SenatorMenendez to Do the right thing! stop 9th graders #deportation Sunday 9pm http://act.ly/5tg RT to sign

Please also take a minute to sign onto this petition to Cecilia Muñoz at the White House as well as John Morton, the director of ICE. Each signature is being sent directly to them, take action and sign now.

We know you know someone who cares, take a second to send this alert to a friend and ask they too take action. We need a lot of support to stop any deportation, let alone on a Sunday!

Stay tune for updates!

Much love.

just got that in an Email.

I signed this, but I must add that this is why I cannot stand Obama and his administration's minions.

Are you or aren't you going to stop going after defenseless people who are rooted in this country?

I believe you have to be 15 to apply if you meet all other requirements. I wonder what happened to her?

You can still apply if under 15 if:

I am in removal proceedings, have a final removal order, or have a voluntary departure order, and I am not in immigration detention.
So you would think they'd be able to help her through DACA.

Oh okay I didn't know that.

This lady I know kept asking me why couldn't her 13 year old apply but she wasn't in removal proceedings or anything like that.

Well hopefully they did grant her DACA! It's really sad that they would try to deport a kid that's underage that has done absolutely nothing wrong. :/
