Today I got the beautiful rfe email :/ ... Must admit, even though it isn't an approval as yet, it is still good to finally see something happening. Heading on to the last leg of this wait. God is good always.

What could possibly be the hold up that's taking 4 months to review an RFE.

i don't know but now i'm not that anxious anymore...........I think there are few of us that are still waiting more than 3 months after sending rfe .

March 1st marked a month after we sent back the RFE response. Before that, I was in touch with the California Service Center and they sent me an e-mail saying that we should receive a response within 30 days from when we mailed back the RFE.

So on March 2nd I sent them an e-mail just following up on the status of her case. They haven't replied yet.

did you call the service center? or do you have connections???? well she'll be approved soon. =D

I contacted the Service Center through e-mail after I had initially put in a Service Request because the first RFE letter didn't arrive.

Do they have timeline for reviewing RFE, or is it whatever?

At this point I would welcome an RFE. Anyhting to just know that my app is still alive. Please anything other than wait wait wait wait wait....

it suppose to be 60 days but there are couple of us that 2 months have gone by and for some of us 4th or 3rd month have gone by like meeee.........and when i call the customer service it's same crap "every case is different" bull shit .........after 2 service request and congressman contacting them still nothing......i'm running out of option i guess so the only option i have is to waitttttt
