This is what I'm talking about, which mean enlistment is a choice right after RPI is given.
Does it also mean we can adjust our status without any fuss if a better deal applies to us?

Late 40's Dreamer (Holy Fucking shit I'm almost 50 and still dealing with this), aged out of original DACA and didn't have a chance to apply for extended DACA after Republicans killed it on the vine.

its safe to say we are getting the icing on the cake, but the right thing to do as of now, is to wait for the actual bill to come out and pass all the political obstacles in its way.

I'm married to a US citizen and our child was born in 2010, I wonder if adjusting status would be faster like that or as a dreamer? Man we all have so many questions

will Dreamers get CONDITIONAL green cards right after the bill passes? (if it passes), or will it just be RPI for another 5 years??? I'm only asking because I want to travel, but I would NEVER leave without a green card.
