well not everything .. i think a copy of deffered action and the fee with a new form .. other who didnt qualify for DACA might have to prove presence and be a longer process that us approved already

Hmm...I think the bill would violate the equal protection clause of the US constitution if they plan on allowing RPI for Dreamers to count towards US citizenship but not the general undocumented population who would also be applicable for Registered Provisional Immigrant status.

They need to clarify this issue in the bill or the Dream provision would have to be amended concerning another status such as Conditional Residency!

Exactly why many here think these 5 years are pretty much conditional permanent residency! How exactly do you become a citizen right after getting a green card? One has to wait exactly 5 years at this time. So the logical conclusion is that it will be an outright lawful permanent residence. Ohhhh here we go again....
