Ok - this is my question. Can anyone point out where in the BILL exactly it states that we can apply for citizenship right after we get green cards? I know we have to wait 5 years until we get LPR status, but then we just apply for citizenship immediately? Meaning no wait period? Where do we see that? Or is this issue still not clear?

I'm gonna assume people are asking questions that can be answered by reading. Just read.

It's not in the bill from what I've read so far. Granted I didn't read the whole entire thing but if someone could point that out, it would be helpful. I'm wondering where we got that information from in the first place.

Yea after you get GC you can apply for citizenship right away its like they're basically giving us outright a GC and is applying for citizenship after 5 years of a green card. Where others when they get a GC they can't apply till I believe 3-5 years so its pretty good.. I just hate the 2 year college req and military (not that it's a big deal in my situation cause I'm already over the 2 year mark, but I know there are plenty of dreamers who will be just fine without college) so it's a little messed up that they're making us get at least 2 years or serve.. When there's some dreamers with kids and college isn't an option..

technically nothings immediate because you still have to take the citizenship test after 5 years pass... and i believe u might have to show proof of residency during the 5 years wait.

Yea... If you're a dreamer and failed the citizenship test you should probably be exiled to North Korea
