Did Rubio say he was going to file amendments? He's not even on the list. Or can only people part of the committee file?

Well there's 2 options here, he can give them to a member of the Judiciary committee to introduce, or he can wait until the bill is before the senate.


So far all the amendments make sense. Hirono's #1 might be problematic, but not that much.

Hope this amendment proposed by Cruz goes up in flames !

while not in lawful status shall be eligible for United States citizenship.
