i had to wait for 5 months after sending RFE....the 60 days thing means nothing to them try to contact your congress person it might help.

FIVE WHOLE MONTHS AFTER SENDING IN YOUR RFE! That's ridiculous!!!!! Here I am slightly hopeful cuz I have 2 weeks till the 60 day mark and it might not even happen in that time frame....

yes i did contact my congress person i also put in 4 service request. My congress person contacted Immigration person every two weeks asking for my status update luckily the third time she got a nice guy that helped resolve my case. My friend also got approved today after contacting the same congress person so i would recommend you going to their office if you have transportation or call them they will e-mail you the paper work i went to their office and submitted paper work told them i need to work to support my self. You don't need to tell them anything call them and ask them my case has been over due can you help me they should help you.

Yesterday I received a text saying that my Employment Authorization status was in Card/Document Production, but my deffered action not. So I called my lawyer to ask her and the bitch pissed me off. She said that she called USCI and they said that it was a system error. and nothing has been approved in my case. Also one important information that she gave me is that some case are taking longer because USCI is starting to make interviews to see whether you qualify for the deffered action. Fuck my life.

Any March RFE's peeps approved yet????? And interviews? Wtf ! This is all bullshit
