I'm disappointed that he didn't emphasize his opposition to expanding e-verify as the reason he was opposing this bill. It is a legitimate concern. E-verify should not exist. What employers and employees agree to should be between them. Not to mention this gives the feds the power to deny people the ability to work for non-migration related issues in the future. I wouldn't be surprised if future laws are passed that use e-verify to make sure people in probation or tax evaders can't be employed lawfully.

I wish he was more like his father. Ron Paul was awful in migration, but he never wanted to self deport anyone. He was against building up any more walls in the border - "any wall used to keep them out can be used to keep us in". He was against e-verify and wanted to remove penalties to employers who hired illegals.
Logic behind their policy's is just fucking outrageously stupid.. Walls are going to keep 300 million people in? Lol does he realize if 300 million people were trying to get out of a country a 600 foot wall of fire wouldn't even keep them in.. And does he not realize not having e-verify gives people the incentive to come here for work? Not saying there's a problem with that because who ever wants to come here to work, be my guest but if you're trying to solve an illegal immigration problem, from his standpoint that's a terrible policy lol like father like son, 2 retards in congress.. Looking forward to many more democrats in the White House in the following years

You're a post cold war baby eh? Walls are good at keeping people in. Look at the poor N. Koreans.

And the pauls aren't against people working, so not being in favor of everify is completely logical. They're against expanding the number of people being feed off the fed's tit.

Even archconservatives like Pat Buchanan have no pretension that trying to curb the hispanization of the US is possible. His latest stuff keeps bringing up the idea of secession as a more viable option for his version of a christian white america to survive.

Yes I'm a "post Cold War baby" in other words younger than 60, not even reading the rest of your paragraph but whatever it is, if you agree with rand and his daddy, be sure to support his views of the bill and not apply if it passes.

I think post Cold-war would imply younger than 30. But maybe that's just me.
