On July 8, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I821D Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

i am so happy you guys! here's my timeline:

December 18: Application sent
December 31: Biometrics appointment notice for January 18 at 12:00 PM
January 18: Biometrics appointment completed
March 20: Application transferred to Texas Service Center
June 10: Request for Further Evidence
June 18: RFE response sent
June 25: RFE response received
July 8: Approval e-mail received!

the longest wait of my life is finally over! can't wait until i get my EAD card in the mail and i can finally apply for my ssid/california id/driver's license and finally WORK!

just proof of continued residence in 2011. sent my college transcript, doctor and dentist appointments, and everything i could find with my name on it.

hey guys I think I just got approved! got an e-mail saying:

"On July 10, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you."

Thats only for the I765 so far but I'm guessing I will get the notification for the I821D later?

My brother got an RFE notice. He had an arrest but nothing serious. We sent all the court documents, but we forgot to write down the explanation of the circumstances. Now in the RFE notice are asking to give an explanation and to send certified documents from the court, arrest record etc. Also they are asking for evidence for any of the absences he has done, but he has never been out of the country. We sent all of his bank statements that show every month for every year and some other documents here and there? What should we do and what do you guys think we should sent. Some of our closest friends have done affidavit's to send them too. I would appreciate if any one can give me their opinion. Thanks
