This is unfair...
My family and I had a cancellation of removal case in front of a judge. It got adjourned twice and then our case was closed via prosecutorial discretion. To make a long story short, we had an asylum case (most likely would have been granted) in the courts and had to wait months in between court dates. And now since our case is closed, we have to hope for immigration reform.

They went too far. They know they can't go out and in without any legal means.
