Quick questions. I found out last week that I was gonna get a RFE, I did the whole process with the help of a lawyer. So my question is, will I get the RFE or will my lawyer get it??

What address did you put for the correspondence? If you put your address you will get it if it is your lawyer's he will receive it. Should be within 2-3 business days. Good luck

I've gotten the other letters receipt, biometrics letter, etc...But it's weird that I haven't gotten the RFE... I should call my lawyer, but her office is always so busy...

When did you receive email that you would get an RFE?

I didn't receive any email.. I checked my case status online, on September 11...

I would say if you dont receive the letter by today to call the support center. Because I got an email on the 12th at 2am. And received the letter on Monday.

At 4:15 I got my a "name updated" and a few minutes ago I got an RFE. I sent plenty of evidence for continuous evidence, starting since 1997(when I began kindergarten). However I didn't send much information for June 15, 2012. The closest I got was May the 17th(last day of junior year) and then August the 5th(beginning of senior year). I'm trying to be well prepared and I've found a mail thing I got on 6/25/12 from CollegeBoard for taking two AP exams, and I have a ticket from the school dated 5/16/12 about me owing a $1.10 to the library. I'm also thinking about getting some letters written, will this be enough? Thank you for your advice.. It's greatly appreciated. I don't think I filled out the one about why I needed a job correctly. I didn't write anything down and I just put "$0" for all expenses and the other boxes. I know that was stupid of me, I guess I'll find out which they want information about. I'm just trying to be well prepared.

Call your lawyer and ask. I have read cases where only the lawyer got the RFE letter.

You won't know exactly what the RFE is for until you receive it. You can speculate hundreds of things but it could be the one thing you never thought off. Just hang in there and when it arrives send exactly what they are asking for. Good luck and don't lose hope.
