alexander you're not approved yet? dude you gotta do something to make sure they got your application or something... Dude, that there calls for desperate measures... i would say. I know you've done a lot, but oh how mercy.

I know it's crazy :-/ I will be calling as many people as I know to help bring attention to my case. I'm calling congressman again and lawyer and anyone else I can think of I'm gonna email the NSC office as well and send them a very long email explaining to them why am I waiting so long.

Make sure and include your name, date you filed, file you sent, last time you contacted them,and rec. number because if you don't include it then they will send you a follow up email that tells you to and wastes more time. It's worth a try
So just to ease the tension from your brain a little what's the first thing you gonna do once you have that approval letter in your hand? And I'm not talking about SSNor drivers license...I mean to celebrate lol

alexander, since the processing time for your application way off, did u try filing a complaint with the Ombudsman? U have to try and go thru the regular process like calling uscis and asking for an update which I think u did with no good results, but since nothing has happened, I think the Ombudsman is the best place to escalate the problem! read thru it or even ask your attorney! I was gonna send one in if I didn't get approved by end of October! You'll have to prove that the delay will cause significant hardship, the different avenues you've tried to get your case moving etc. I think its worth a shot? Goodluck!!!

P.S. Online case submission is down right now, but u can always download the form and mail it certified, but me personally I would wait till online submission goes back up, they said in 24 hrs, don't know if this has to do with the govt shutdowm.

Out of the top 27 states, the average approval (as of the latest September 2013 data) is 79%. The highest percent is 87% approvals from Illinois and the lowest are from Florida and Tennessee with 74% approval. This means that almost all the top 27 states (I didn't wanna do all of them, but I'm sure the rate continues the same) have approved at least 75% of the applications (don't forget we aren't counting the denied ones).

So, there should be no reason why people have to wait for so long.

I already tried SCOPSSCATA and they sent me this about 2 days ago " Dear Mr.Alex,

This office acknowledges the completion of your case is taking longer than usual and realizes the inconvenience it may cause. The delay has been necessary in order to ensure the thorough processing of your case and provide you with the best possible service. USCIS will continue to review your case and provide a decision in an expeditious fashion. DACA requestors who have received receipt numbers can monitor the status of their cases via USCIS Case Status Online or can contact the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) via telephone to make specific inquiries about their pending requests."

I've already tried ombudsman case assistance all they do is send inquires to your service center and you get the same old response .

I agree..everyone you write comes back with some bullshit excuse or the same bullshit.

wow, its sad how these uscis people can play god, they never have a good answer on what causes the delays, and leave people hanging like that!!! Hopefully they know that its peoples lives that's at stake here, most of them have never been in our situation and have no sympathy for what people like us have gone thru!!! I feel for u, just keep the faith it will come!!!!
