California - Rocío Pérez Hernández , a young 23 year old Mexican who lived in North Carolina from 4 to 19 and the group of young men known as " Dream30 " to meet Wednesday asked a month after his return to the country where grew , was deported Tuesday to Mexico city where he arrived in the morning .

Hernandez Perez spoke with La Opinión last night from the detention center in Texas and still had hope that the legal process he had time to fight your case , but expressed bitterness about the possible deportation of young people who , like her, lived his childhood and adolescents in the United States.

"I am very sad, I was denied my case because the government does not care what happens to me, I think they are trying to send a message to other ' dreamers ' do not try to come back," said Hernandez Perez in telephone communication from the Center arrest of El Paso . " That a country as big as this does not accept to 25 young people without a criminal record who just want to build a better life and not return to a country as corrupt and putting our lives in danger as Mexico , it is sad."

Hernandez added, " do not think we're in danger until the news say they found our bodies."

The mother , Rocio Perez, is part of a group that since last Thursday has made sitting in the offices of the New Jersey Senator Bob Menendez. Last week was arrested after several hours of protest. Juan Pachon, spokesman for the senator, said Monday that the senator and the executive had requested information on the case of the 30 , but that " the legal options available to the 'Dreamers' who have left the country are virtually nonexistent."
Last hours in the U.S.

A few hours after this conversation , Rocío was deported . It happened this morning at 7:30 a.m.

Rocío already in the City , "Mohammed Abdullahi , spokesman for the National Immigrant Youth Alliance ( NIYA ) , the group that organized the return of young people , some previously deported , and others like dew had decided to go to Mexico in search study options in the United States is hindered by their legal status.

Rocio 's family lives in High Point , North Carolina . There are his parents and two brothers . She is the eldest of three . In the asylum application indicated that two young members of his family were kidnapped by the Zetas cartel and that she was afraid to be vulnerable to kidnapping to have lived in the United States and because his family still lives here .
Pending cases

According to Abdullahi , two of the group will go before an immigration judge this week. They are part of a total of 9 to those that were denied the opportunity to seek asylum after an initial interview " credible fear " . The rest remains in pending resolution of their cases. All 24 are still being held in El Paso, and Rocio is the first deported.

The group's lawyer David Bennion said the government is applying a tougher standard to this group than that applied to those interviewed by " credible fear " in general. Although asylum cases at the end are hard won , the national average rejection rate of applicants who fail the interview is 9% .

In fact , according to the USCIS , so far in fiscal year 2013 there have been 8,399 interviews with " credible fear " and only 856 have refused , approving more than 7,000. " So far they have declined to 36 % of my clients , 9 of the 25 ," said Bennion .

Calling USCIS and ICE in Texas made in recent days have gone unanswered .

others like dew had decided to go to Mexico in search study options in the United States

Oh come on, you couldn't think of moving to another state? Instead of saying, "you know what, maybe I will move to a more immigrant friendly state where instate tuition is available, reside there for the require time to qualify for it and study there? The first thing was. "OHH! MEXICO sounds like a GOOD place to study!"

Yep, studying in Mexico is not easy. Aside from your Spanish being near impeccable, it is not cheap, and I've heard that American GED's and HS Dips are hard to get recognized.
