Would my cali dl be marked different if approved for daca ???

My friend just asked me this today I told him no but he said it would shay no lawful status on like north Carolina I am not even sure if that's true just want to get him straight so he knows is not true lol pls help

It's not true. I recently moved to California and applied using my Work Permit and I saw nothing on the license that says "no lawful status".

It doesn't say anything that makes your DL stand out as an "alien". The only thing is that the expiration date is not your Birthday like other people. It is a 2 year license.
