If the White House does something about other groups of undocumented immigrants it will hurt us DACA recipients.

I don't know what to say to this... Which groups are you talking about specifically? And how would it affect you?

Think about it. If nothing gets done about immigration reform and in the future we're in that grey area of well... These kids have established lives, they work and pay taxes etc... Brought here at no fault of their own.. It'll be a piece of cake to pass legislation for a GC/citizenship asap.. On the other hand if you hand out work permits to everyone and their mother, it'll be a big issue of well, do we really want 11 million law breakers competing with us for jobs PERMANETLY? and effecting the outcome of elections?

It's much easier for Americans to accept legalizing 500k-1mill Americanized childhood arrivals rather than 11 million competing with them.. Just my 2 cent.. Id love for everyone to be legalized, I just see it hurting us more than helping us..

Hello
My name is Moby

the reason I write this is to express my deeper frustration on Obama's undocumented alien treatment since 2012.

I came here in U.S. as H4 when I was 18. I've disqualified DACA despite the age couldn't even helped to determines a path to my independence - I couldn't get work permit, buy liquors & tobacco, and drivers license, so on so. as soon as my age turned to 19, my visa got expired. unlike my sister who came in with her age 9 so she could have DACA in 2012.

now, my age is 31 and literally I can't do anything but stuck in home whole day. imagine. every single day is doomsday, and i can't find any proper reason to live as a human being. I wasted my 20 ages with earned nothing, and no romance neither. nobody even wants to marry me. but I was just stick with it because of Obama's initial promise - comprehensive immigration reform.

But now, forget it. Obama throw my last only hope for saving dear selected group of peoples - Dreamers and their parents only.

I've never been missed paying taxes every month and year, but Obama didn't even considered about such case.

well..I'm in complication or AKA. "so fucked."

I still remember in the past, when I had expressed my disagreement on DACA year around 2010 to 2012 because I knew it'll be end up with the result like today where we are. "If DACA has passed, Democrats won't be aggressive on Comprehensive immigration reform and of course, the Republican will always be denied for related issue. So, It's better to stick all together as comprehensively than for a few."

but then one of dreamers here replied me like, "no, it's not. once DACA passes, next move will be much easier. who knows if you may qualified? so, help us and lets do it!"
---

and then their word goes totally opposite and evenworse, betrayed me and rest of 5 millions of undocumented fellows through what United We Dream claims, which they wants to save DACA parents Only! HA!

I knew It'd supposedly happened since a couple of years ago. They are so self fish and good in lying.

though the thing would've changed for everyone as last resort but "United We Dream" screwed it up in the end.

Forgive me, but how long have you lived here? More to the point, are you a full-time employee and for how long have you been? How many years have you been a taxpayer; therefore, a contributor?

DACA only required five years of residence in the U.S. and being a "youth" - 30 year-olds are young, but they aren't kids by any stretch of the imagination.

I've been here since I was 3 and yes I am a full time employee and hold a very good job. I can guarantee I contribute more than 95% of everyone here in taxes.

I asked you how long have you been working and paying taxes.

The very good job you hold, I assume you do because of DACA. Good for you. How do you contribute more than the 95% "here" ? Because I can guarantee you that you have not paid more than I have.
