Yes, I have minor USC siblings.

But my mother's evidence has been ready for over a year; long before talk of EOs and who might qualify.

I organized it after the Senate bill passed. I was hoping the House would've pass something considering everything indicated that they should and would pass an immigration bill.

What kind of documentation do you anticipate them asking other than the obvious ID and stuff..like tax returns, utility bills..similar to DACA? Also, do you THINK parents of DACA beneficiaries will be recognized somehow in this upcoming announcement? You might have a slight idea through your twitter feed.

From what I've read on Twitter, the push among organizers is long term residents with no criminal record. And I think this is the likely route he will take. An EO like that would cover parents of USC children, parents of DACA beneficiaries and DREAMers who did not qualify for DACA. However, these will be people that can prove continuous presence for the last 5+ years.

As far as documentation, it will probably be similar to DACA. Anything that can be tied to a person's name and former addresses (i.e. bank statements, utility bills, shipping receipts, credit cards, etc). I organized evidence just like they wanted from us for DACA from the last 18 years that we've been living in Georgia. Pretty much everything from copies of old leases to bills.

Music to my ears..music to my ears! Well looks like for us we have one major piece of evidence and that is our home lease but will start digging early! Now next question Press Secretary Freshh, any idea around when we can expect an announcement?

Lol @ press secretary. Just take what I'm saying with a grain of salt. This is strictly my opinion and speculation.

I believe Ianus stated a while back that immigration announcements are usually made on Fridays. I also think the timing is going to be such that applicants get to submit applications prior to Election Day 2014. If I recall correctly, PBO is required by law to give USICIS 60 days to implement changes.

So, my guess is 8/29 or 9/5. That's if he comes through on his "end of summer" deadline.
