Watch the full interview Sunday on NBC’s Meet the Press, Todd’s debut as moderator of the longest-running show on network television. NBCNews.com will live stream the show at 9 a.m. ET.

I hope this counts as news.

Lol pathetic non existent president. No wonder Osama has been called thr Oblamer. Very weak foreign policies and he had one chance to correct a policy that he pledged to do since day one but still delayed it and blamed it on something.

He's not wrong about the "border crisis". That was red meat to conservatives. All it takes is for Conservatives to run ads showing hundreds of thousands of kids coming at the border with the big words: "Invasion" and the Democrats could lose a few seats. Before calling him names, maybe ask your Hondurian buddies why they wanted to F*ck a stranger in the A$$ and sending their kids here with their sad (and untrue) stories of having death squads after them when they knew exactly what they were doing.

Leave the kids out of this.

Violence, is behind the surge of humanitarian migrants. Not that poverty isn't correlated with violence.

You'd think that should be an argument for, but no, republicans are okay with the possibility of muslim extremists sneaking into US as long as no illegal gets a green card.

In my opinion Obama should say: "The planned reform does not cover you, you jumped the fence in hopes of gaming the system" and give them a speedy removal. Harsh but you have to put your foot down. Ignoring these kids as a problem just fucks everyone else over.

I honestly don't blame Obama for this. It's easy for us to start blaming him but things like this are not as easy to implement. He's already taking shit for DACA from the nutjobs. Let's maintain little more patience. I keep telling this to myself. I honestly think this latest ISIS threat has a lot to do with this delay. People in this country are just NOT WILLING to see how dangerous it is not to have CIR. CIR would result not only in legalization but completely security of our borders. By not implementing CIR, we're just making ourselves vulnerable to terrorists entering the southern border. SO FRUSTRATING!

I think it has to do with the majority of undocumented being brown Latinos. I'm telling you, if these kids or the undocumented population were mainly European white, the reform would have already taken place.

No offense to Europeans.
