if you have diverse evidence from different months, send it. also, you dont need a ton of it, dont worry if its just about five to six months worth for a year. thats more than enough.

~RFE received letter -12/20/14
~Mailed out RFE - 12/23/2014


Happy Holidays Guys!! Good luck to anyone still pending a case, I will keep from checking updates till Monday to keep the stress away for a Merry Christmas!

it all depends on how many cases they have and what your case is about. If it's about yearly evidence or an id it shouldn't take long. If it's about criminal history or something school related it could take longer. Expect around a month long wait at least

Letter of application received - 11/13/12. Bio Taken- 3/07/13 App Transfer-3/26 to Nebraska (from VT)/ April 1st "processing"/ April 17th approved for both EAC and Daca/EAC received 4/22.
