What exactly do you say in the letter? How can they help? Can they write to the immigration or something? I need help please. Mine expires on the 28th of this month and Im panicking

Nope. I have always had the same name

The ones who expire feb 27 any updates on your case?

On Dec 3 my name was updated. I have a hunch they send my case to the back of the line to re-run background checks, which sucks.

Wow thats early they receive my app on october 4 and still nothing .

Was planning on writing to my congressman but hes a republican

I just checked the status for my I-797 application and it states the card was ordered to be produced, 821-D status still states -Name was Updated- however having the card being produced tells me I'm approved, hopefully I'll get it within the next two weeks.

Finally the uncertainty is almost over, it won't be till EAD is on my hands, for all of you still waiting keep it up! You're next.
