Omg. I live in Texas so does this mean i won't be able to apply for extended DACA if the stay is denied..???
Damn! Not sure yet, so don't panic...We just have to wait and see. The judge has until Wednesday to decide. I really don't think he will allow the rest to apply and leave Texas out because This Judge's intention is to block the DACA and DAPA extension PERIOD. He just used Texas as an Excuse but we all know what it is. I personally think we are all gonna have to go through the longer wait process...but like I said nothing to do for now but wait on the updates.
