YUP! Government shutdown would have burned them badly but Boehner had to try to show his base that he was fighting tooth an nail against immigration, knowing full well This was not gonna do s*t to affect DACA. He almost lost the race for re-elected speaker of the house so he is like a dog on a leash right now. I don't think most people understand that DHS not getting funded would NOT have STOPED the expanded rollout, A lot of these employees have to show up for work wether they are paid or not. It's the 26 state lawsuit we need to worry about.
