Well the only way my lawyer seemed to think that DACA could lead to AOS without leaving is by possibly using AP. But since I don't have a reason to request it it's not really an option. I'm due in Sept., so we plan on refiling our i601a probably early next year. I'm just glad that I have DACA now because I want to work. I hope that having DACA is taken into consideration when applying. Receiving DACA has been a major relief and given me one less thing to stress over these precious 9 months, so I am really hoping that the court lifts the ban so that you and your family as well mine can get some piece of mind.
