How?

EADs for H4s (spouses of H1B holders) were part of the executive action in November; however, they did publish the rule in the federal register for them, so now, they get to apply without issue next month. Forgive me, but this infuriates me, and no, it doesn't have anything with entitlement, it has to do with struggling for so long.
Pretty much this. DHS and Obama are completely taking the piss on immigration.

There is plenty of things DHS could do against this god damn lawsuit. Things to completely invalidate it. Instead they go into this back and forth with retards from Texas using weak arguments.
"We're harmed by having to issue licenses if you give them EADs"
"No you're not"
"Yes we are"
"No you're not"

Anyways, in semi-ralated matter:
Anyone got any good resource on how to get a joint motion to reopen and terminate? I need my removal order gone before DHS fucks every single thing over. I know this lawsuit pertains only to DACAe and DAPA, but you damn well know that they'll sue more regardless of anything...

Look we both know that DACA and DAPA was going to get challenge because of its political nature. The department's method of registering federally the guidelines has nothing to do with the public review motion of judge Hanen. The crux of the matter is that judge Hanen has no basis on its judicial review since Heckler v. Chaney answered that in 1985. The fact that there are EAD issued is already legal when it comes to deferred action.

Basically this whole court case is bull*&&^, nulled legally.

The crux of the matter is why not ensure the implementation wouldn't be challenged on something as simple as an administrative process??? How come none of the other "regulations" were put at risk??

No.

Please read the new thread I've just posted with analysis from the Center for Human Right in L.A.

You don't understand activist judges, they would try to get any law just to stall the program. The crux of the problem is the political nature of this suit, not whatever procedural aspects of the guidelines.

And here come the Obama bashers.

Didn't I read somewhere that the public notice and comment period for DACAe and DAPA would take several years putting it over the President's final term?

Unless the Reagan appointee grows a heart, yes. The GW Bush appointee will vote no for sure.

Well it's Greg Abbott who gets the laugh. His wife is Hispanic too.
