Why can't the Obama admnistration implement HER immigration fixes today?
With republicans controlling congress, any president can promise and say whatever they need to give voters the illusion of doing something and later blame congress for never voting on an CIR

This is isn't really news coming from Hillary since she's always been an advocate for immigration reform. And I expect every Democratic candidate to be thumping their chests with the same beat right up to the the election including Biden knowing the power of the Hispanic vote. At least, unlike Obama, she's not cotton candy who was practically brow beated to keep his promise and knowing he wouldn't get anything done hastily tried to bulldoze an executive order to save face. This chick is tough as nails and she has the battle lines to prove it. Obama went from "... this is only a minor hiccup. I'm urging folks to still get all their documents together and be ready when this takes effect" to "progress isn't always made in a straight line". Really? Go figure. With less than two years to go, Obama already checked out.

Of course Hillary can't do this by herself (which is why you should have been getting your American relatives to register to vote this whole time), but don't ever underestimate the value of having a President that supports immigration reform. Your DACA depends on it.

this is a pretty glowing picture of hillary. the clintons will always do whats good for them politically . this is the same hillary that moved to new york just to run for the senate there and voted for the iraq war when it was politically risky to even raise a question about it. the same one that said she was opposed to drivers licenses for illegal immigrants.

so you guys would want a president who who right now before elections is already saying he would get rid of DACA and try to push for a CIR as oppose to a person who opposed licenses to illegal folks?
