I don't like the fact that they asked the question:

“whether the guidance violates the Take Care Clause of the Constitution, Article II, section 3.”

I thought Texas was suing for potential damages? How the hell did this turn into a question on if the president is faithfully executing the law? I don't know much about law, but this makes me nervous.

ive lost track now, what I understood before was that eDACA/DAPA was being done with out USCIS/Obama consulting with the states about it or something about it not being done right and too fast. And now its about executing the actual law here?
